Dubbed Ichpa Mayapan (“exclusive estate”), this 11,000-square-foot residence was designed by architect Howard Lapham in the early 1970’s. The home recently received an exacting restoration of its Mayan Revival-style exterior, while the interiors have been thoroughly recast by interior designer Michael Smith. Interior and exterior lighting design, complete Vantage lighting control design, with A/V, security and motorized shade system integration.
