CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR
When it comes to Customer Service, Jonna keeps everything and everyone on point. The ultimate taskmaster, Jonna supports the team of Customer Service Technicians by identifying and prioritizing the jobs at hand, as well as managing the travel calendar for on-site design and technical support services performed by the team of TDG Technicians. To round out her duties, Jonna is also responsible for monthly budget tracking, reporting, invoicing, and inventory. An optimist at heart, Jonna begins her day wondering what new things she could learn, problems she could solve, and how she might be able help others.
