MICHAEL KEY

Coming from a family with a design and manufacturing background, it's no wonder Michael Key was drawn to the lighting design industry. As a Design Principal, Michael works closely with the design team that brings the lighting and control systems to life. From concept to completion, Michael flexes his problem-solving muscle to find solutions to the unique challenges that are inherent in any lighting design undertaking. Besides his alarm clock, what gets Michael up in the morning is the desire to do more, do better, and the excitement of working on challenging projects with talented people. Michael is always amazed and rewarded by seeing the end result—and how something as simple as light can completely change the look and feel of an environment. In his free time, Michael enjoys mountain biking, and also likes getting his hands dirty working on cars and fabrication.
